Regents Park Area Guide
One of the Royal Parks of London and is Grade I listed on the Register of Historic Parks and Gardens. The south, east and most of the west side of the park are lined with elegant white stucco terraces of houses designed by John Nash and Decimus Burton dating back to the early 1800’s. Regents Park is a wonderful expanse of wide open green space, loved and used regularly by those that live close to it, whether it be for early morning jogging, a lunchtime walk or even a spot of Tai Chi. It is a surrogate garden to those living in flats or apartments nearby who do not have direct access to outside space. Properties in the park itself tend to be very expensive and beyond the reach of many but there are plenty of opportunities to rent or buy surrounding and close to it.
