To make this process as smooth as possible and to enable a fast return of your deposit, please note the following useful points.

The inventory Check-Out will be completed shortly after you have moved out and typically the report will be received within 5 -10 working days.

You will be responsible for an End of Tenancy Clean to leave the property in the same clean standard as when you moved in. Please be aware that there is a considerable difference in quality of the services offered by cleaning companies. You may find that a cheaper price is a false economy if they do not complete the job to the required standard and a callback to rectify is required which may be a different company or at additional cost.  

Remember - All blinds, windows inside and out, and any outside areas will need to be clean too.

CLEANING, end of tenancy clean, as per above. Ask for a detailed estimate and book your agreed appointment well in advance.  A detailed job receipt as evidence from the cleaning company will be required. Don’t forget the extras such as windows, blinds and the external areas.

WALLS: if you have hung up pictures or fixed items to walls, then the nails or fixings should to be removed and the walls made good.

LIGHT BULBS: all bulbs should be in working order.

OUTSIDE SPACE:  courtyard and balcony should be left tidy. No personal furniture or storage should be left. Planters should be in the same position as at check-in and reasonable condition.

UTILITIES: send confirmation that you have closed your utility accounts: water, electric, Council tax and media.  

KEYS: on the day you vacate please return your keys to our office
